Gdy pada od klienta pytanie spoza CV i Twojej technologii lub nie znasz odpowiedzi na pytanie:
- Thanks for the interesting question! To be honest, my specialist area is …. I don’t have much experience with….
(this technology), but ….
- … I’m willing to (or eager to) learn it.
- … I am willing to develop my skills / knowledge in this area.
- … I am keen on develop my knowledge of.
- … I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in this area.
- I am aware of it (e.g. Python), but I don’t have much knowledge in this area.
- I don’t have much experience with this technology, but I’d like (or love) to learn it.
- This sounds like a new topic to me.

Upewnianie się, że dobrze odpowiedziałeś/-aś na pytanie klienta:

Jeśli nie jesteś pewny/-a czy dobrze zrozumiałeś/-aś pytanie klienta (merytorycznie):

- Please could you expand on how this will work in reality once again?
- Please could you explain how we will achieve this?

Ogólne wskazówki
- Jeśli na spotkaniu jest więcej osób, nie macie włączonej kamery, a klient zadaje pytanie do zespołu, to warto by osoba, która zaczyna odpowiadać, powiedziała „This is Kasia speaking”, by klient miał pewność kto odpowiada na pytanie.
